Ari H. Wald, who holds a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation as well as a CFA, is an Executive Director and head of Technical Analysis at Oppenheimer. Ari joined the firm from Wolfe Research and previously was a member of the Institutional Portfolio Strategy team at Brown Brothers Harriman. He was a winner in the 2014 Technical Analyst Awards and was a finalist in 2013 and 2015. He is a regular contributor on CNBC and is often quoted in Bloomberg, Barron’s, and the WSJ.
